The breakfast was delicious. All staff interactions were positive.

The lady from reception was so nice and welcoming with great recommendations for local restaurants and not be missed places to see. The room was nicely decorated, with electric shutters in both the room and the bathroom and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom is also nice and spacious, with Nuxe products. Breakfast was fantastic, you have a lot of salty and sweet options, with local products. Don't miss the charcuterie, cheeses and kouglof! Angelika is a doll and she will assist you with any requests you may have, as well as with good addresses to purchase local products. We were traveling by car and we found a parking spot next to the hotel. Just be aware you will have to pay from 9:00 but you can use the machine which is across the hotel or an app from your mobile. If you are planning to park the full day during the week, use the hotel option, it will be more economical. The location is also fantastic, 2 minutes walk from La Petite France, 7 minutes away from the Cathedral and you have a lot of shops and restaurants around.

My adult daughter and I stayed for 4 nights in 3 different rooms because we booked last minute. The rooms were comfortable, bedding wonderful, service exceptional! I am from the US and didn’t expect a European 4 star hotel to actually be a 4 star hotel by my standards and it was! The location is fantastic, and the hot chocolate is divine.

Very nice staff, room was nice and large, great shower in bathroom. When my TV didn't work, they offered me another room, I didn't bother with that but accepted their offer of free sparkling wines at the bar. Had some great wine at the wine bar and good breakfast. Quick walk to the Train Five minute walk to petite france area and 8 to 10 to cathedral. Plenty of places around for coffee or food.

Everything! From the time of check in to check out, this hotel was above and beyond!

The soundproofing is a game changer. This hotel is so quiet. I had several wonderful nights of solid sleep. Front desk staff, especially the evening staff, are lovely.

Every hotel can offer a bed, a place to sleep, breakfast, and basic comfort. But very few hotels can offer what Hotel Hannong offers: genuine warmth, sincerity, and a deep sense of trust. Unfortunately, we experienced one of the worst holidays of our lives in Strasbourg — but thankfully, we experienced it in what might be the best possible hotel to go through such a difficult time. On the evening we arrived in Strasbourg, my mother and son became ill due to a rotavirus infection, within 48 hours I also became sick. During this extremely challenging time, the way the hotel staff treated us was beyond anything we could have expected. They cared for us as if we were members of their own family — with attentiveness, constant kindness, understanding, and an endless willingness to help. There are some very special people whom I must mention, as it would be unfair not to: • Dominique at the reception, who on New Year’s night at 2:00 a.m., carefully and compassionately cleaned the floor after my son became sick and couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time. • Joanna at the reception, who was always there for us with her warm smile, constant understanding, and willingness to help. • Ms. Binnaz, the head of the housekeeping department, who graciously put aside her own duties to help us find a good doctor on January 1st, and who also kindly organized our transportation to and from the appointment. • And dear Nora, from the housekeeping team — who, on several occasions, cleaned after my mother’s and my son’s vomiting, assisted them with their care, and supported them with such tenderness and compassion, as if they were members of her own family. Even though we did not speak the same language, Nora’s warmth and kindness truly melted our hearts. I wholeheartedly congratulate Hotel Hannong for having such an extraordinary team. Additionally, the thoughtful and generous surprises left in our room every day showed once again how caring and attentive this hotel truly is.
